【摘要】:ThispartofISO8130isoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishesandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthepercentagebymassofasprayedcoatingpowderwhichisactuallydepositedonastandardtesttargetwhenpowderissprayedatthetargetfromaspraygununderstandardconditions.Themethodisapplicabletopowdersappliedbycoronachargingortribocharging.Themethodmaybeusedtocomparethedepositionefficiencyofdifferentpowderswiththesamegunorofdifferentgunswiththesamepowder.Thismethodshouldonlybeusedforcomparisonwhenpowdersorgunsareevaluatedconsecutively,astheinfluenceoftheenvironmentandtheequipmentcanvarysignificantlywithtimeandlocation.Theresultsaredependentonthefollowingpropertiesofthepowder:a)chemicalcomposition;b)density;c)particlesizedistribution;d)particleshape;e)flowpropertiesofitsmixtureinair;f)moisturecontent;andalsoonthetestconditions,including:g)spraypatternproducedbythegun;h)gunairpressure;i)gunvoltage;j)gunpolarity;k)airhumidity.
