【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmostmilk-basededibleicesandicemixes.Themethodisalsoapplicabletoconcentratedanddriedicemixes.Themethodisnotapplicabletosomemilk-basededibleicesandice-mixes,inwhichthelevelofemulsifier,stabilizerorthickeningagentorofeggyolkoroffruits,orofcombinationsoftheseconstituentsmakestheRose-Gottliedmethodunsuitable.Withsuchproducts,recourseshouldbemadetoamethodutilizingtheWeibull-Berntropprinciple(seeISO8262-2).
