【摘要】:Testtargetswherethepercentageofareacoveragehasbeenpredeterminedarenotreadilyavailablefromcommercialsources.Moreover,itisbeyondtheabilityofmostuserstoverifyifindeed,thecommercially-availabletesttargetscontaintheadvertisedareacoverage.Thisprocedureallowstheusertoeasilycreatetesttargets,usingcommerciallyavailablePCsoftware,whichcanbeeasilyverifiedforpercentageofareacoverageandcanprovidereproducibleinterlaboratoryresults.1.1Thispracticedescribesamethodforcreatingtesttargetscontainingvaryingpercentagesofareacoverageforuseindeterminingtheyieldofthesuppliesusedbyliquidandsolidinkjetprinters.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
